I love real estate investing. I design and develop vacation rentals for people with pets, offer unique recreational experiences in tiny homes, and collaborate with others to buy and remodel houses. I am creative and resourceful in solving problems with burdensome houses. I have four cats and four horses and enjoy outdoor adventures, especially when I can take all eight four-legged fur babies with me.

Early on in life, I experienced homelessness with my children, four girls under the age of 4, went through a divorce, and had to take on 3 jobs for my family to survive. Now married to my wonderful husband, Sam, I work in catering and have a baking side business – it is my dream to open a bakery. I was planning to retire, but discovered a women’s real estate networking group and joined this team to help others. I have a lot of empathy and mercy for people who are struggling in a distraught situation. I want to provide hope, support and resources to those who are stuck and unsure about how to move forward. I want to alleviate some suffering and get them into a better position in life.

I joined a women’s real estate investing network and this team because I really wanted to help people whose houses have become burdensome. I am compassionate and have a heart to serve others. In addition to real estate investing, I practice as a Registered Nurse. I am a wife, a mother to two adult sons and a grandmother.

Aloha, I’m Kaiini from Oahu, Hawaii. After working for almost 11 years as a pharmacy technician at Tripler Army Medical Center, I realized I was not impacting my community as I wanted. So God led me onto a new journey in real estate investing to achieve my vision. My goal is to feed the homeless community along the Waianae coast and help provide solutions to homeowners facing preforeclosure on Oahu.

My connection to real estate runs deep as both my father and grandfather were involved in commercial real estate, creating a foundation for my own endeavors in the field. Combining my knack for communication with my collaborative spirit, I thrive on working with people to create win-win solutions that foster trust and success.

I am also a podcast host and an award-winning broadcast journalist with a passion for storytelling and problem-solving.

When I’m not managing my investments or chasing unique stories, I enjoy biking, Pilates, experimenting in the kitchen, and getting lost in a great book.

During 30 years as Montana residents, my husband and I have bought and sold several homes, as well as remodeled and built new from the ground up. We love all parts of Montana and currently divide our time between Billings and Missoula. I passed the Montana Real Estate exam in order to help homeowners find options for properties that have become a burden. Whether facing foreclosure, a bothersome rental property or an unwanted inherited house, our team can help find solutions that are blessing to all involved. Our motto is “Faith, family and friends” and in our spare time we love fishing, hunting and pickleball!

I am a mother of three children and a wife to a police officer. When my husband was shot in the line of duty, he went into early retirement. After he got his real estate license, I left my career as a mental health professional and joined in our new journey in real estate. Even before we had children, we enjoyed driving through different neighborhoods and looking at houses. We have bought and sold personal property and want to create generational wealth for our children. We enjoy connecting with potential buyers, homeowners who want to sell, and real estate professionals. I joined this team to partner with like-minded women and help others.

I come from a family that has always been involved with real estate. Both sets of my grandparents purchased, traded and sold property including large farming operations in India. So, I have always had a strong interest in real estate to build generational wealth for my family as well as helping homeowners who are struggling. As part of this team, I want to make a difference in my community and beyond. I enjoy traveling, meeting new people and listening to stories about their lives. I also find great satisfaction in researching health and nutrition solutions for improving quality of life, especially of my daughter and son.

I have a heart to serve my community. One of my passions is to help all people to have affordable housing, especially the homeless population. This passion inspired an interest in tiny homes and sustainable living, and retirement housing. A family member introduced me to a women’s real estate investor network and I soon joined this team. I enjoy looking at different styles of houses, like tudor and mid-century, and realized that real estate meets all my interests such as travel, meeting and helping people, and being creative with renovation and interior design.

After having struggled through my own foreclosure in 2008, I have even greater empathy for other homeowners who are experiencing the same. When my roommates’ rents started to dwindle due to job loss, I fell behind on my mortgage payments and soon owed more on my house than it was worth. I want to help others understand their options in similar situations, especially when they feel helpless and paralyzed by the stress. I want to make a difference by helping others. I am a single mother to a wonderful son, supporting him in all his interests. I also love interior design and fashion and renovating homes back to being beautiful.
